Noise.
It starts as just irritation. A metaphorical crawling under your skin. Things are too noisy, too bright, there is too much happening all the time and you can't take it all in-
It sounds so inviting, a freedom from the noise, but its wrong, its wrong, its wrong and the noise is getting louder, mechanical and foreboding as it sees you, it knows you are there, and it wants to make you apart of it.
For a moment, there is quiet.
You breathe.
And fall through water.

Then silence it, make it yours, make it you, take control and destroy what will not submit

Rules
1. Powers are not inherently active.
1A. Save for Hamato Ninpo, but Specific Powers are not working right. Like mindmeld is a go, mystic form and portals are not.
1B. It is possible to get back your powers, but that is up to your character to figure out.
2. Non-magic based skills are still a go! If it doesn't come from some weird mystic, ill defined in your body mojo, its fine. So physical based abilities are up. Tool based with outside sources abilities are up.
3. Everyone has a Hindrance of some sort. If they're affected by the magic rule, that can be the hindrance. If they are not, then its something else. It can range from a full on disability to an inconvenience, such as the range of vision is fuzzy to outright blindness. The idea is the character will likely have to compensate for this hindrance at one point or another. If Donnie is already aware of a hindrance your character has, this rule does not have to apply. But if the exceptions to the rule want extra hindrance, you do you fam.
4. There is Crafting in this heart that is akin to video games. This works one of two ways. Experimentation is key and can either get an item, or recipe. An item comes from a character taking items and being able to justify why they go together to get a specific item out of it. If the logic is sound enough, the item will be gained. If the logic is not, however, the character will get a recipe for either a use of those ingredients, or a recipe for the item they want if the Heart can determine what would Make It. Luckily if you try to make a gun in the Heart, the Heart will not make you make a full gun yourself. You just put the ingredients together and Heart will do the actual work.
EXAMPLE: You want A Gun. Obtain metal, charcoal, and limestone. Craft them together and Get Gun.
4A. Physical objects are not the only thing that can be crafted.
5. Make your own paths.
Entrance
[The whole of the surroundings are dark, the base color black, but the environment is filled with objects outlined in purple light. Though at times, the purple has shifted away from purple and into a pink color. The shapes of everything are also all very...]
[Square]
[Its minecraft. You're in a neon minecraft.]
[Beyond the strangeness of the setting, you can see an assortment of terrain around you. You currently find yourself on a river bank and immediately ahead of you is trees and various other flora. Some seem to belong in a park. Other seems to belong in a jungle. There are also some absolutely massive pumpkins. Beyond that, you can see tall buildings, like urban apartment buildings, though overgrown with what appears to be plants.]
[Across the river, you can see what looks like an old train station, less overgrown, with a train half off the tracks, and not far, what appears to a fenced off power station.]
[To the left, you can see what looks like a craggy quarry, that has what looks like a junkyard scattered about, with junked machines amongst the rocks.]
[To the right is lights, more neon lights, and you can hear music and is that a skate park?]
[There is a singular chest near you.]
[There is a word carved on it: Halfway]

The Lab
[There is so much tech around, machines from HD TVs to cleaning robots to lasers to a black hole generator. There are screens upon screens of ideas, some machines grandiose like a space ships and others are simpler, like a dam system for the river in snek. There are designs for the greenhouse and kitchens and a flower garden. There are artillery defenses and escape pods.]
[The more you look, the more ideas you see for a machine. It may be a little overwhelming to imagine any one person is able to come up with so many ideas, let alone ideas that have at least half done schematics into making it a reality.]
[There is an ease here. Its easy to breathe amongst the tech.]
[The only thing that is wrong is the anthropomorphic purple turtle robot, a model that looks to be Donnie if he was a red eared slider, with the rounder shell, though the red markings on his face are made of a circuitry pattern. He also has a chain around his neck, attached to a table, with schematics of how to make a lowtech wall waterfall, and traps in a corridor, and notes and theories on something more runic, magical based writing.]
[There is a blue box just out of reach of the chain of the working figure.]

Training Room
[There are training tools everywhere, from exercise machines and training dummies to machines that look like they fire things or might be fighting robots? On the subway side, along the tracks, you see a tank, just chilling there. Along the walls, there are also screens. Screens upon screens upon screens full of data and schematics and different plans. For some of you, you might recognize the Safety Bunker on one of them, but there is so much more than that. If anything, the more you look, the more you seem to find, it seems almost impossible to try and count how many screens there are around you.]
[There is a box under a weight bench that is glowing red.]
[There is a chain that is dragging across the ground, and its attached to...]
[A giant, purple, anthropomorphic robot alligator snapping turtle. Not quite looking like Raph, more like if Donnie and Raph were fused together.]
[He is moving between plans, muttering and taking notes.]

Kraang
[That is the first thing that happens when you enter the room. There are overwhelming whispers, they are filling your senses, and they promise so much. They promise knowledge, they promise power, they promise you death and destruction, they promise you the ability to shape the world how you want, they promise utter euphoric, all you have to do is give in and be one with them-]
[The roar of whispers taper off.]
[There is pink and metal and black and yellow. You find yourself standing on dark metal, that is interwoven with pink and blue tendrils of something pulsing and alive. Not simply existing in the same space, but truly fused together.]
[And there is a platform with something that may be a main console to this structure.]
[There is Donnie, sitting on the edge of it, eyes a vibrant yellow, sharp teeth even more prominent, arm pink and covered in something sharp and pink with a massive claw, a long tail curled around him with a scythe at the end.]
[He doesn't give you any attention yet. Tail flicking idly from side to side as his unclawed hand flicks through the air, working on something only he can see.]

Personal Room
[The windows don't show what's outside. Instead they are covered in digital picture frames with alternating pictures of the Hamato clan, as well as some people in snek, such as Robin's Egg, Hunter, Korone, and Eve. Sometimes others, but those are the most common faces. Usually in moments of kindness or cruelty.]
[At the four corners of the room, instead of being the usual crisp corners of a subway car, there are instead pillars that are holding up the roof, all a deep purple color.]
[There is a door out of the room, subway doors, cracked open.]

Music Room
[Though there is also something....distant about that joy.]
[There are also computer screens on one wall, with images of Donnie's various relations, mostly the pictures are full of dumb moments, some sweet and sincere, but all something cheerful and upbeat. The unfortunate thing is those screens are also corroded off with horrifying pink tentacles.]
[And mixed in with them is an anthropomorphic purple robotic box turtle.]
[There is also a box glowing orange not far from a DJ set up.]
[Oh, right, and also half of the room is literally just a giant ass seemingly bottomless pit.]

The Core
[Where there had been signs of overt tech, or a stupid amount of teenager vibe, this room is almost devoid of any sort of tech. There are crates of various supplies, mostly emergency supply types, like rations, and space blankets, things kept on hand and easily accessed.]
[There is an armchair, worn with age, and several bean bags. There are a scattering of toys, most in some state of disrepair. Action figures missing limbs, balls with patched up holes. Cardboard covered in paint or crayon drawings. Nothing is new.]
[There are only two signs of tech; the lights that were already part of the work area.]
[And a projector. The cover is off its back, with wires held together with those plastic ties from bread bags, and paperclips.]
[There Donnie is sitting beside the projector, looking no older than seven, wearing an oversized hoody, and glasses taped to his head.]
[His brothers, around the same age as Donnie, and Splinter are also there, watching a Lou Jitsu movie with excited babbling, Splinter explaining bits of trivia of the movie, Leo listening with rapt attention as Mikey and Raph try to mimick something on screen.]
[The moment is warmth and purpose as the young Donnie watches his family more than the movie, looking nothing less than perfectly content and proud.]
[A room that isn't representing an aspect of personality...but seemingly just a moment in time.]
