Noise

It starts as just irritation. A metaphorical crawling under your skin. Things are too noisy, too bright, there is too much happening all the time and you can't take it all in-

Then silence it, make it yours, make it you, take control and destroy what will not submit

It sounds so inviting, a freedom from the noise, but its wrong, its wrong, its wrong and the noise is getting louder, mechanical and foreboding as it sees you, it knows you are there, and it wants to make you apart of it.

[ Crow steps through the portal doorway and into the lab, taking a look inside as he does. And wow, Donnie wasn't kidding when he called this a lab, huh? It sure is something.

He looks over at the purple robot Donnie. And it's time to test his grounds, so he lifts a hand it greeting. ]

Yo, how's it going?

[There is no need for SPACE CONSTRAINTS in the mind.]

Fine. Busy. [Very abrupt and terse as he goes over designs.]

Alright then, I can get outta your hair in just a moment if you don't need anything. Can you point me to the super herbicides?

I don't have hair.

But the flora projects are over there. [He points to a part of the lab with a bunch of plans.] There are plans with herbicides as well, if you need help locating one.

The hair was metaphorical.

[ The response is said so readily that it's immediately apparent he'd expected that answer out of Donnie.

He walks over to the flora and the plans, looking over the plans as he does. ]

Oh. Yes, I suppose that exists. I usually deal with more definites.

Kinda figured you would. But I couldn't resist.

[ So what kinda plans are over here? And how easy is it to find the herbicides? ]

Ah, the sass. Understandable.

[There are so many plans. Some from mild herbicides to salt the earth to things that are maybe got a small percent chance to make an Audrey II situation.]

[And so many chemicals. So fairly easy to find if one is looking through carefully.]

I'm a big fan of sass.

[ And of the strongest herbicides he can find, which he's definitely going for. ]

Sass is very good, most of the time.

[Warning: Do not get directly on the skin. Highly caustic.]

[Probably really good.]

[ Perfect, Crow is grabbing the highly caustic stuff. ]

[A clink of the chain as he moves to reach for something at the edge of his range.]

I need to keep focused on the task at hand.

[ He double checks that he has plenty of herbicides. ]

I got some freaky tentacles to fight.
