If its a earth based gardening non-powered hand tool, such as trowels and watering cans, it is present in the greenhouse. All of good make and quality, usually given maintenance by Donnie on the regular.
If handtools disappear Regularly and don't come back, they will be chained to the structure itself. Donnie does not begrudge borrowing, but he will only remake the tools for the greenhouse so many times before he actively makes theft hard.
