Unless noted as being present, an appliance is not there. Its been connected to the electric and plumbing system of the house. The kitchen is located to the side of the house.
The kitchen has a lot of brickwork. The kitchen is large, designed to make plenty of room for eight teammates, including one unit of a turtle. It has a long island, and a wrap around counter, with cut and polished stone tops. There is a farmer's sink with trays for washing produce and a cutting board. There are electric lights hanging from above with glue glass around them.
There is a basic black metal fridge, no fancy things on it, and its a little rustic like it was repurposed from another object like two treadmills. It does, however, made things cold and there is a small freezer on top!
There is a hanging planter for spices and hangers for dried herbs. There are also large square drawers in the kitchen, placed in such a way that they can be replaced with proper appliances later, like a dish washer. The kitchen has been fully stocked up from the kitchen utensil ruin, silverware, cookware, dishes, knife blocks, things like that.
There a large space for a dining table with plenty of chairs and benches at the end. The table and chairs are reinforced for extra strength. There is a back door, painted Robin's Egg blue, and a large brick smoker just outside.
There are no glass doors, but there are large glass windows to allow for plenty of natural light and both heavy and light curtains. Heavy for helping keep in the heat, and light curtains for when things warm up.
As a note, any appliances not noted as being there are not present.
The kitchen is primarily made of bricks of cut off white stone, with wood framing and support. Throughout the kitchen, there are strategically placed massive drawers without anything really fancy to them, because they can be easily removed and there are connectors to electricity and/or plumbing behind them. These are spots meant for larger appliances should Sparrow get an opportunity to get them for easy placement. There is a logo in an upper corner of the room. Noticeable, but ignorable.
The kitchen is large with plenty of room and clearance in between the counters, island, and table to account for the two winged teammates. The rafters are exposed to give a more homey feeling because the place is quite detailed and rather fancy with the unnecessary carvings, all in the theme of feathers/birds/leaves/trees. There is the large island in the middle, with the polished stone countertop and the dark wood that makes up the body of it. The dark wood makes up most of the cabinetry.
The large air vent of the first picture is present, with a stonework stove and grill, with a large grill, and a smaller stove so its easy to make a fire for something like just making tea or something of the like. There is also an oven for things like baking as well as some tricks for figuring out the internal temperature for baking as a note left nearby. The stonework is made of a darker stone, so the smoke doesn't earn the look after every cooking time.
Just outside a brand new back door is a large smoker because that is too much smoke to have indoors.
The island and under the counters are of course full of a number of drawers and cabinets, many with various dividers such as shelves and something for silverware and others just empty space for customization. There is a large farmhouse style sink with lovely fitted add ons for cutting food and storing silverware separately, with more fancy carvings on the front (with all the edges rounded so its not wholly uncomfortable to lean against).
And while there is no fridge, there is a large box that can be used as an ice box, with a metal interior, insulation, and a dark wood outside with an ornate carving of a sparrow over the door. Its an icebox. Its up to Sparrow to figure out how to make it cold. There are also lights, though they are recessed into the ceiling, or like above the work areas.
Finally, there is a large dark wood table with plenty of chairs for the team and a few extra for guests. The table is simpler in its carvings, but that is because it is extendable! Panels can be folded away on the underside of the table to make it smaller, or pulled out to make it bigger. The chairs are also a lower back with very open space for those winged teammates or any other appendages. There is plenty of room for the whole team to sit and eat with each other!
[Behind Snail, there is garden of various flowers made out of metal. The primary color is in the purple gradient, but there's blue and red to help give it some range and variation, and some yellow just for the contrast. The metal flowers are made with enough care that none of the edges are suffer, but made beautifully. There are even two trees on either side, with individual leaves. The tree trunks themselves are largely hollow because man, that would be way too much metal, but there are some stylized knots in the tree so the hollows can be used to store things! There are also bits of stained glass in the flower petals and the leaves.]
[There is a stone walk path to allow one to walk through the garden without having to step amongst the metal. Even without sharp edges, not ideal. There are also wooden benches so people can sit outside comfortably.]
[There is also a canopy area with colored glass bead hanging from the top, with crystals with light glyph that can be used to light the area with a tap (though someone will need to occasionally pour magic into them.) Though the canopy area isn't a walkway, but instead a hanging bed, made large enough for several people to curl up and relax there. The material of the bedding material has been made waterproof thanks to a glaze of the tar from those tardeers.]
Thanks to the effort of being able to love a lot of material at once, the framework of the Greenhouse fairly large. The framing material will be regularly enchanted to be more white and reflected, but the natural wood is a fairly light color on its own to help increase the ability to reflect the sunlight inside for warmth. The glass itself also has a white tint on it to help diffuse the light more evenly, but this is also an enchantment done every thirty days and is normal clear glass beneath. (Tryse of Robin's Egg is currently responsible for the enchantment.)
There are a number of ways in which temperature is controlled in the greenhouse. Of course there is the normal glass reflecting the sun's rays, but there are systems up for extreme temperatures. There are numerous windows near the top of the green house, with levers in easy reach, to open them up for cool downs. There are also a number of magic crystals placed intermittently throughout the greenhouse that can make either hot air or cold air thanks to Hunter's brand of Glyph magic. The crystals need to be refilled with magic, but anyone who can transfer magic to an object should be able to do the job. There are also magic crystals with glyphs that can create light to allow for work in darker days/night/to provide at some least some UV radiation for long stretches of cloudy days.
There is an irrigation set up using magic made of slightly altered and combined metal woodwind instruments, allowing for water to be sprinkled over the whole of the plants. There is drainage on the roof that will allow for rain water to gather to be used for this, but water can also be added by bucket at the ground level. The system does have to be opened up by a person regularly since it can't really be automated yet. Near the switch is a posted schedule for when things should be watered.
The inside has numerous plots outlined with wood on the ground, with a pathway through the plants that is covered in stone to discourage plants from wandering too far from their spots.
There are also a number of hooks to hang plants from, usually meant for herbs that don't need a ton of space to get healthy amount. There are shelves along the walls for smaller plants, but with longer plants than the hanging ones. There are also a number of poles and trellises places intermittently to support plants that need space to grow up.
There are also counter level shelves for seeding trays, essentially places to start growing the plants before putting them in the ground for real growth inside of just starting. There are also hooks galore for hanging up gardening tools, and a few storage closets for storing the bigger tools or water cans.
There are also shade covers placed on the inside, essentially curtains, that can be pulled to a hook in the ceiling to give certain plants shade, or all of them in case of extreme heat.
There has also been a concentrated effort to figure out what plants and bugs are good for pest control. Such as bugs that don't eat any plants that are of high or any demand, plants with a strong smell to repel others like mint does, that sort of thing.
There is a corner section with an Actual Fence Around It labeled 'Botany Experimentation. Permission Required From Donatello Hamato. Trespass at one's own risk.'
1. Do not be greedy. Take what you need, but don't decimate our supply. 2. ALWAYS leave at least a few healthy stalks of any given plant to replenish our supplies. 3. You are allowed to temporarily borrow tools for your own gardens, but they MUST be returned or this privilege will be revoked. If you want your own private set, talk to Donatello of Robin's Egg. Make a deal with Cricket. 4. Don't kill the bugs. They are there for pest control. If you think there is a problem, report to someone who knows gardening and allow them to handle it.
(From Mouse) -Tiny, round, white sweet potatoes -Blue sunflower-like flowers with edible seeds that can be ground for cooking oil -Root vegetables that are similar in texture to turnips, if somewhat larger -Leafy winter greens, smaller and bushier than lettuce, as well as slightly more bitter -A nahpple tree, which bears fruit that's a deep purple in color, with a rough skin similar to that of a nashi, a crunchy texture, and a taste somewhere between an apple and a pear -Bushes of 'fake-tea' so probably just like fruity herbal tea flavor thing.
If its a earth based gardening non-powered hand tool, such as trowels and watering cans, it is present in the greenhouse. All of good make and quality, usually given maintenance by Donnie on the regular.
If handtools disappear Regularly and don't come back, they will be chained to the structure itself. Donnie does not begrudge borrowing, but he will only remake the tools for the greenhouse so many times before he actively makes theft hard.
No magic as of present, but the wells for the water of the irrigation system IS made in such a way that the plastic containers will melt if exposed to extreme heat, like FIRE, so acts as an emergency fire suppression system for the greenhouse itself.
Tryse currently helps with plants with starting their growth, essentially getting seeds to bud, or help things ripen. Encouraging growth, but no full maturation.
But in the forest nebulously, not far from the river, there is an underground bunker. The walls are mostly cut stone. The entrance is hidden on the forest floor with Ninja Skills so its not easy to spot.
There is a dirt hallway to lead to the storage area of the set up, but the hallway is full of traps for anyone coming in uninvited.

Slide out shelves for dishware. And even pull down shelves for the upper cabinets! Made especially for the shorties of the team.
There is a rack for drying a variety of spices and plants. There are a few spinning utensil holders so one doesn't have to fill up drawers with awkward cooking implements.
