2. Mundane, but I do have mystical abilities to make medical grade tools and machines.
3.Field medicine, first aid, and diseases. (I do not recommend myself as first choice. Poor bedside manner.) Surgery, genetic and biological study, toxicology, prosthetics, anything that requires highly specialized tools. Competent at all levels.
4A. Free unless you decide to make me regret it.
4B. If I regret, probably whatever I think would be annoying to you.
